Our story
Founded in 1988.
Still family-run today.
BBC1 — Bhuna Bricks Company — was established in 1988 by Shri Mithan Lal Ji Garg in Bhuna, District Fatehabad, Haryana. What began as a single kiln has grown, over 38 years, into one of the region's most trusted brick suppliers.
The company has remained family-run through three generations of the Garg family. When a contractor calls BBC1, they speak with the people who make the bricks — not a sales agent, not a middleman.
In 2015, BBC1 upgraded to Zigzag kiln technology — reducing coal consumption, improving compressive strength, and earning a valid Consent to Operate (CTO) from the Haryana State Pollution Control Board.

What we stand by
Our promise
Every brick that leaves our kiln is coal-fired to consistent temperature, wire-cut to dimension, and hand-checked before loading. If a batch doesn't meet our standard, it doesn't ship. That's not a policy — it's how we've kept contractors coming back for 38 years.
Since 1988
38 years in bricks
From a single kiln in Bhuna to supplying contractors across three states — here's how BBC1 was built, one batch at a time.
The First Fire
“No investors. No loans. Just a family's savings and an unshakeable belief.”
Shri Mithan Lal Ji Garg struck the first match at a modest fixed-chimney kiln in Bhuna, District Fatehabad. A plot of land, a pile of raw earth, and a conviction that honest bricks would find honest buyers. They did — and kept coming back.

Rajasthan Opens Its Doors
“Contractors started asking for BBC1 by name. Not just any brick — our brick.”
Word travelled the way it always does in the construction trade — one contractor to another, job site to job site. Buyers in Sikar, Churu and the Shekhawati belt began specifying BBC1. Delivery routes stretched across the state border into Rajasthan, building relationships that have outlasted the buildings they helped raise.
Reach expanded
The Zigzag Revolution
“One upgrade changed everything. The kiln. The quality. The future.”
BBC1 invested in Zigzag kiln technology — the most significant decision in the company's history. Fuel efficiency improved by over 30%. Batch consistency became measurable, repeatable. HSPCB granted Consent to Operate. What was a good brick became a great one — uniform, denser, with tighter tolerances and lab-verifiable strength.
Efficiency gain
Three Generations. One Promise.
“Three generations in. The bricks are better. The promise hasn't changed.”
BBC1 operates a single Zigzag kiln with documented batch quality. Every brick carries IS 1077 compliance. Every invoice carries a GSTIN. Every delivery carries the Garg family name. The same family that fired the first batch in 1988 signs off on quality today.
Documented quality
BBC1 has never changed ownership. The same family that fired the first batch in 1988 oversees quality today — and answers the phone when you call.
Three generations
The Garg family
BBC1 is owned and operated by the Garg family of Bhuna. No corporate structure. No outside investors. Just family accountability on every batch.
