7.3 Delivery & Logistics Disclaimer
Delivery timelines are estimates only. Bhuna Bricks Companyshall not be liable for delays caused by road conditions, vehicle breakdowns, traffic restrictions, government regulations, natural events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (“Force Majeure”). Risk of loss or damage to bricks passes to the buyer upon loading at our kiln unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7.4 Minimum Order Disclaimer
Bhuna Bricks Company requires a minimum order of 10,000 bricks per delivery. Orders below this minimum may be declined or subject to additional handling charges.
7.5 No Warranty on Third-Party Use
Bhuna Bricks Company is not responsible for any structural damage, injury, or loss arising from improper installation, misuse of our products, or non-compliance with applicable building codes and standards by the buyer, contractor, or any third party.
7.6 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, the total liability of Bhuna Bricks Company to any customer for any claim arising out of or relating to the purchase or use of our products shall not exceed the invoice value of the goods actually delivered in the disputed transaction. In no event shall Bhuna Bricks Company be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of business, or structural damage beyond the brick itself.
